I can never thank Pam enough for all the help she has been to me as my realtor over the years. This most recent chapter of my life, she helped me sell my home in Botetourt and purchase my new home that I absolutely love. Pam started out as my realtor, but I now consider her my friend.

My husband and I were lucky enough to meet Pam when we were ready to buy our 1st home. Pam was so supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I are skeptical people however Pam was easily able to gain our trust. She wasn’t pushy like we’ve experienced with past agents. She made the entire process super smooth. We liked Pam so much that we eventually asked her to be our Property Manager when we moved away. She’s super on top of things and we’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth home buying experience!

Our initial contact with Pam was to ask for help finding a house to rent. She did her best, but in this market there just wasn’t anything in our price range. Pam suggested we purchase instead of renting. She said with the “No Down Payment” programs, it was actually cheaper to buy than rent. We were reluctant, but agreed to give it a try. Pam first lined up the financing and even had me over to her house to help me work on the home buyer’s course that was needed for our loan. We started looking at houses and was out bid on our first offer we made. She encouraged us not to give up. Pam called us the day our house came on the market. There were so many realtors showing it, we had to wait in line just to see it. We wrote an offer and the next day it was accepted. Talk about God working in mysterious ways! Pam was supposed to be out of town that week, but her trip got cancelled. As it turns out, it really was cheaper to buy than to rent. We are now saving $240 a month. We are glad we met Pam and will refer others to her. Dennis & Kathie
